Travis Naugle

Chairman & CEO

Travis Naugle brings Montana-grown mining experience to Silver Bow Mining Corp.'s mission of revitalizing Butte's historic silver-zinc veins. He began his career as an underground production engineer in Montana and has more than 20 years of experience developing precious and strategic metals projects across the American West and other international jurisdictions.

Mr. Naugle has structured and executed agreements with industry leaders including Rio Tinto Nuton, Kennecott Exploration, and Freeport-McMoRan. His experience includes work on projects such as the Kupol silver-gold operation in Russia, the Kensington gold mine in Alaska, and the Yerington copper district in Nevada. His work with China National Gold contributed to a bilateral mining treaty between Russia and China. He has also held leadership roles with Falcon Butte Minerals Corp., Lion Copper and Gold Corp., Falcon Copper Corp., and Redhill Global.

A licensed professional engineer, Mr. Naugle holds a BS in mining engineering from Montana Technological University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Kevin Shiell

Kevin Shiell

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin Shiell is a mine operations executive with more than 30 years of experience managing mining operations, processing facilities, and multi-asset portfolios across North America. He has held senior leadership roles, including president, vice president, general manager, and site leader, overseeing projects ranging from early-stage development and mine restarts to large-scale producing operations.

Mr. Shiell brings expertise in operational improvement, infrastructure development, production growth, labor relations, and safety performance. His Montana experience includes serving as vice president of mining at Stillwater Mining Company. He has also held leadership roles at I-80 Gold Corp., Americas Gold and Silver Corp., Gold Road Mining Corp., and Hecla Mining Company.

Wade Black

Chief Financial Officer

Wade Black has more than 30 years of experience in financial services and capital markets. He began his career at Brimberg & Co. in 1994 and co-founded Leeb Brokerage in 1998, where he served as chief financial officer. In 2005, he founded Scarsdale Equities and served as chief operating officer.

Mr. Black has served on the boards of mining companies, including US Silver Corp., and most recently was a principal at R.F. Lafferty & Co. He holds a BA in economics and an MBA from Columbia University.

Phil Nickerson

Phil Nickerson

Vice President of Exploration

Phil Nickerson, PhD, is an economic geologist with experience in base and precious metals exploration in the United States. He has published research on copper deposits in the Southwestern United States and is a past president of the Wyoming Geological Association.

He previously served as a senior geologist at EMX Royalty Corp. and as a principal geologist at Rio Tinto, where he focused on copper exploration in North America and supported the company's Nuton venture. Most recently, he served as exploration manager, USA, at Rio Tinto.

Mr. Nickerson holds a BS in geology and geophysics from the University of Wyoming and MS and PhD degrees in geoscience from the University of Arizona.

Doug Stiles

Doug Stiles

VP of Regulatory and External Affairs

Doug Stiles is a mining executive with 25 years of experience resolving complex regulatory, operational, and project challenges in the mining sector, particularly in environmental compliance, permitting, and mine operations across multiple U.S. states, including Nevada.

He previously held roles at Hecla Mining Company as director of environmental operations and as general manager at Revett Silver Company, a Hecla subsidiary, where he managed regulatory issues, mine cleanup efforts, and operational strategies at sites including the Troy Mine.

Mr. Stiles holds a BS in environmental engineering from Montana Technological University and an MBA from Washington State University.

Peter Burroughs

Peter Burroughs

Chief Accounting Officer

Peter Burroughs has more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience, including international roles with Deloitte & Touche in Geneva, Switzerland, and with Caterpillar Inc. in Brazil and Singapore. Most recently, he served as vice president of finance at Martin Marietta, a U.S.-based aggregates and building materials company.

Mr. Burroughs holds an MSA from Appalachian State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He also serves on the board of directors of Transitions Lifecare, a not-for-profit organization.

Miranda McCarthy

Miranda McCarthy

Investor Relations Manager

Miranda McCarthy is an investor relations and communications professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting publicly traded mining and resource companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, Toronto Stock Exchange, and New York Stock Exchange.

Before joining Silver Bow Mining Corp., she co-founded Cutler McCarthy Inc., where she advised mineral exploration and development companies on investor engagement and corporate communications. Ms. McCarthy holds a BA from Memorial University and a postgraduate accreditation in public relations. She is an active member of Women in Mining USA (WIM USA), where she serves on the public relations committee.

Economic geologist with more than 25 years of mineral exploration experience, including roles with Homestake Mining Co., Newcrest Mining Ltd., and Newmont Mining Corp., where he served as a senior research geologist. He has contributed to multiple gold discoveries, including the Springpole alkaline gold deposit. Chairman and president of Novo Resources Corp., chairman of Westward Gold Inc., and chief executive officer of San Cristobal Mining Inc. He holds a BS from the University of Missouri and an MS and PhD in geology and geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines.

Founder and president of Quail Bend Capital Partners, a private equity firm established in 2010, and co-founder and chief executive officer of RYT.io Ltd. Previously senior managing director and head of investment banking at The Watley Group, with earlier roles at Red Mountain Capital Partners, Oak Hill Capital Partners, and JPMorgan. He holds an AB in economics from Harvard University.

Chief executive officer of JEX Technologies Corp. and president and chief executive officer of Black Icon LLC. Mr. McMullin has raised more than $300 million in equity financing and has held management roles in mining and resource companies, including vice president at Altair Resources Inc. and chief procurement officer at NewGenRNG.

He currently serves as a director at Sasquatch Resources Corp.
