Current Mineral Resource Disclosure

Silver Bow Mining Corp. has disclosed an inferred Mineral Resource estimate for its Rainbow Block property, prepared by Jacob Anderson, CPG, MAusIMM, of Dahrouge Geological Consulting (the Qualified Person), with an effective date of December 31, 2024. The estimate is documented in a Technical Report Summary prepared in accordance with subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K (“S-K 1300”) and in a Technical Report prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”). The mineral resource is classified as an inferred mineral resource. Under S-K 1300 and NI 43-101, an inferred mineral resource has a lower level of geological confidence than an indicated or measured resource and is based on limited geological evidence and sampling. There is no certainty that all or any part of an inferred mineral resource will be converted to a higher confidence category or that it will be economically or legally extractable.

The Company has no mineral reserves. Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. The Company has not completed a preliminary economic assessment, pre-feasibility study, or feasibility study on the Rainbow Block, and the economic viability of the property has not been demonstrated. Investors are cautioned not to assume that any part of an inferred mineral resource will ever be upgraded to a mineral reserve.

Historical Estimates

Certain historical figures referenced on this website were prepared by prior operators of the property (Anaconda Mining Company and New Butte Mining Inc.). The terms “Reserves” and “Resources,” where they appear in that historical context, are not compliant with NI 43-101, S-K 1300, or Canadian Institute of Mining (“CIM”) standards and do not represent reserves or resources as defined by those regulations. These terms are used solely as they were understood by the companies that prepared the original reports at the time of their respective publication.

Silver Bow Mining considers these historical figures relevant only as supporting context for future exploration activities. Insufficient work has been conducted to classify these historical estimates as current mineral resources, and the Company is not treating them as current mineral resources. A Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimates as current mineral resources or mineral reserves, and the Company is not treating the historical estimates as current. The historical estimates should not be relied upon.
